     These times favor completing old business, cleaning closets, planning, reflecting on past mistakes and organizing for future action. Not a good time for new ventures, projects, making important purchases, traveling, and or switching to a new job. Communications are very "fuzzy" and right down confusing and complicated. Electronic devices do not function very well. Hermes, the winged messenger (Mercury) is pretty much asleep during these periods. All Retrogrades uncover previously hidden material. Lost items are sometimes found during this period.
