June Forecast,
2009
Make sure that you match the degree of any planet and its sign given
in this report with planets in your natal chart and in which house it is located.
This is the area being activated this month in your chart.
Planetary
Movements:
Venus enters Taurus--June 06
Mercury enters Gemini--June 13
Jupiter stations retrograde--June 15
Sun enters Cancer--June 21
Full
Moon--June 7 at 17°-07'
Sagittarius (Full
Moon--Moon opposes Sun)
Time for the full moon, 2:13 p.m. EDT.
New
Moon--June 22 at 1°-30" Cancer (New Moon--Moon conjoins the
Sun)
Time: 3:36 p.m. EDT.
The full moon on the 7th (in the sign
of Sagittarius opposes sun in Gemini) squares Saturn in Virgo causes obstacles
and blockages.
Saturn at 15° squares the Sun and Moon, challenging us to eliminate false
assumptions and beliefs.
Mercury is now traveling in direct
motion (having ended its retrograde on May 30). Now it's time to move forward and
put into
motion all of the plans that were entertained and thought about during the
retrograde period. During the very first days, Mercury
is in its shadow face so that you may be somewhat confused as to what needs to
be done, so wait a few more days and your mind will
be much more clearer. Adding to this confusion is the planet Neptune which has
just gone retrograde too.
Jupiter turns retrograde on the 15th
and remains so till October 12. Since this planet is in the sign of Aquarius,
you are probably
re-evaluating your life goals and personal dreams to which you want to commit
energy. Three planets, including Jupiter, are at 26 degrees
of their respective signs (Uranus in Pisces and Neptune in Aquarius are the
other two). In your Natal Chart, if you have any planet at 26°,
you are likely to feel a strong, even life-changing, impact now. Be flexible and
open to this new energy in your life!
Venus conjoins Mars (Taurus/Taurus)
this entire month. You will be open to energetic relationship with others. You
will also be drawn to
romance, and you'll pursue the dreams that live within your heart. Physical
affection will hold more appeal than usual. Anything that is
close to your heart, go for it! This month should be a happy social time for
you.
Venus in Taurus squares the Nodal axis
(from the sixth until the 13th). During these days you may feel that your needs
are not being
met. Doing things with partners or other people may be better at this time
rather than trying to do it all by yourself.
Sun in Gemini squares Saturn in Virgo (
@15°) during the early part of the month. You get serious about the defining
the precise
details of what it is you really need to see happen. There is resistance toward
embracing this type of mindset, so you procrastinate
a bit in order to gather more information before making your decision. Squares
of any planets cause one conflict and agitation till the
aspect separates.
Sun trines Jupiter at
27°(Gemini/Aquarius) on the 17th. You can expand your dreams and bring positive
results now. Reach for goals
with a sunny, hopeful confidence and help others to reach theirs too. The Sun also
squares Uranus (@26° Gemini/Pisces). Distractions
tempt you to break the rules and follow your rebellious side so that you can
have the freedom to follow your innovative ideas.
The New Moon each month is a
POWER DAY. It is a great day to make a list of goals that you desire to achieve.
Because the New
Moon this month is in the sign of Cancer, you might want to include goals that
are ruled by this sign such as: home, family, security
feelings of belonging, your mother, caring, and nurturing. Remember to always
start any new endeavor on a New Moon Day and watch
it grow to fulfillment till the next New Moon. This New Moon also opposes Pluto
(at 1° Cancer/Capricorn). Both of these aspects lead
to reduced consumer
optimism. Also, avoid confrontations as they may get out of control. Pluto will not give up.
Pluto's close opposition
to the Sun and Moon emphasizes the profound opportunity for seeing in the
dark.
Asteroid Vesta's close conjunction with
the Sun and Moon underscores the need to stay in touch with our sacred contract
and divine
service.
On the same day of the New Moon (22nd),
Venus and Mars (15-16°Taurus), conjoined, trine Saturn in Virgo. This could spark a lasting
relationship. The earth signs
and the presence of Saturn lend stability to a situation.
This New Moon is the second of five
Super Moons this year, when the Moon is a both perigee (its closest approach to
the Earth)
and syzygy (in either New or Full Phase). New Moon means no Moon: the Moon seems
to disappear, as it rises with the Sun. For three
nights before the New Moon, we are in the dark, in transition between the
old and the new. This Balsamic phase occurs each month.
Sun opposes Pluto at
1°(Cancer/Capricorn) on the 23rd.
You suspect someone of bad behavior and your repressed feelings explode in
open
conflict which threaten your emotional security. The trust you had toward them collapses.
On Friday the 26th Mercury squares
Saturn at 16°(Gemini/Virgo). Your thinking is limited by strict adherence to
rules and cold
logic. The criticism and disapproval that you receive put you at a loss for
words. You feel restricted and
agitated.
