Moon in Aquarius
Ruler: Saturn
(Uranus, Modern Ruler)
The position of the Moon in this sign is one of the best of the twelve. The Moon has considerable stability in this sign. Aquarius, on the whole, has a favorable effect upon the Moon. The touch of coldness and inhumanity is no longer there. There is a scientific attitude, but there is also the human interest. Reaction is strong but not too swift or too showy.
People with this position are always likely to be somewhat in advance of their contemporaries. However, these people are so well balanced that it is rare for them to upset their contemporaries by an extravagance of views. Their universal interest in the world tends to make the native a charming companion whose conversation is always well worth listening to.
It is difficult for this native to be satisfied with any one individual, his sympathies move in too many channels. He gives more pleasure to his friends than they to him.
This sign is not fortunate as the home of the moon in the case of a woman. She becomes too Aquarian and even a good quality can be overdone. There will be some lack of heart.
People with this lunation are apt to be very intelligent, evenly-balanced people with a happy, optimistic quality of thought. They are full of ideas, and have the ability to put their thoughts into active practice.
These people are tolerant, perceptive, humane in their impulses toward mankind, and are willing to give more than they get. They have no petty selfishness and no small jealousies. They give of themselves whole-heartedly to any service they undertake, and they are usually not only capable but inventive.
The negative variety of luna Aquarian is sometimes very eccentric and encourages great unconventionality in the domestic life. The faults most common among this group are procrastination, vain promises, and the inability to force any circumstance that takes a measure of destruction to a conclusion.
There is nothing personal or possessive in the attitude of these people. They can endure loneliness, privation and periods of waiting better than other more acquisitive types.
The men of this group are very successful when they are engaged in scholarly pursuits and work that brings out their ability. They are seldom discouraged by struggle. The development of their work is often just as important to them s fulfillment . They seldom have a smooth domestic life, for their inclinations are unconventional and they seem to draw to them complicated situations that take a lifetime to simplify.
The women that they choose are high-bred and cultured, but there is frequently a cloud hanging over the domestic atmosphere. Either there are separations to be bridged or marriage tangles to be unraveled. When the situation is finally cleared of complications, this type of man makes an ideal companion in the life.
Lunar Aquarian women are rather masculine in their outlook on life. They love the business and professional world; where they are so capable and so successful. When they marry, they make the best of parents, as they have plenty of patience, kindness, intelligence and understanding. They are so unselfish that the child is naturally their first consideration. This type of woman unfortunately, has not only a masculine kind of mind, but an unfeminine appearance as well. She has no sex appeal and feels in no way constrained to stimulate anything of the kind. There is no attempt to soften the exterior and the mind lacks tenderness.
In matters of health the natives must be aware of nervous prostration. An afflicted moon could bring about anemia, blood poisoning, and any of the social diseases. In extreme cases some of the mental disorders have resulted. A certain amount of rest and relaxation is a necessary with this type of person.
People with a Sun and Venus in the sign of Aquarius would blend well with a person with this Luna sign position.
