Moon in Sagittarius      Ruler: Jupiter

     This is the most intellectual luna position in the Zodiac. These natives seek knowledge wherever it is to be found. The natural impulse will be to study people and situations. They are avid for the experiences of life and spare themselves nothing when it comes to life complications. They seek intrigue and the  more difficult and daring it is, the better they like it.

     They are strong characters, with force, will power and the ability to execute their plans, no matter how daring. Luna Sagittarius have the greatest confidence in their own ability. They are natural-born adventurers and gamblers.

     They are irked by anything small and the proportions of their interests are large whether in business or other field of speculative thought that is so much a part of their existence.

     They are infectious people, and their schemes sound perfectly wonderful. They have an interesting, fluent flow of speech and no other group, with the possible exception of the luna Gemini, talks any more or any better. They talk so well that others are always listeners, the learners and the buyers. They have a fine dramatic delivery.

     This birth figure produces wonderful actors. They are graceful and delightful to watch. They fill every gesture with meaning and effect. Their speech and rendition of lines is alive with charm. No other type can play a part to better advantage.

     Luna Sagittarius are not inclined to violent hazardous outdoor sport. They are great walkers and they do go for outdoor life. Their active quality of emotions and their mind is more obvious than physical exercise.

     The mental qualities of the luna Sagittarius, while very wide, are considered somewhat impersonal. Mentally, they are voracious. They have tremendous capacity for information and they can absorb all sorts of subjects. The reaction of the mind to the senses, when the moon is in this sign, is extremely quick and keen, but the reflective qualities are usually not great unless developed by favorable aspects to other major planets in their chart.

     Women having this moon are highly intellectual and frequently give their lives to "causes". They are handsome, serious-looking women, dignified and admirable, but they are  not domestic. Almost all of the femininity in her is taken away. The coldest and clearest intelligence is found in this position of the moon.

     The men of this birth figure are usually very successful. They are great spenders and enjoy a jolly, pagan sort of social life, uninhibited and full of romantic interest. They are incurable woman-chasers and have put a great deal of enthusiasm into their dashing love affairs.

     People with the moon posited in Sagittarius have very delicate nervous system and a decided tendency to overwork themselves. They are very well balanced and all of their vital organs are well adjusted to a rapid pace. However, they do not stop to think of themselves and drive their bodies to collapse.

     Accidents are frequent with this sign, and usually happen to the  legs, hips and thighs. With an afflicted moon, there is a possibility of sciatica, rheumatism, nervous prostration and heart disease. The ills of this luna are the results of accidents created by restlessness of too much speed and too little judgment. 

     This luna would get along well with a person who has a Sun or Venus posited in the sign of Sagittarius.
